- No dispatch or delivery on UK Bank Holidays; orders placed then will ship the next working day.
- 30-day easy UK returns: items must be unused, in original condition with tags/packaging; please include your order number.

Leather Care
- Store cool & dry; avoid prolonged moisture/heat & direct sunlight.
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth; suede: brush gently with a suede brush.
- Apply leather conditioner sparingly every 3–6 months (not for suede).
- Avoid contact with oils, perfumes, makeup; beware denim dye transfer.
- When not in use, stuff with tissue and keep in a dust bag to retain shape.
- If wet, air-dry naturally; do not tumble dry or use direct heat.
